The luxuriously feminine label ‘Lily May’ was established in early 2010 by the innovative young designer Hannah Mayhew.
After her exuberant and quirky collection was shown at London Graduate Fashion week 09, her eccentric designs and prints received positive attention, with the likes of celebrity ‘Mandy Moore’ wearing her beautiful designs. Hannah works as a freelance print designer, with a passion for styling colour and a love for florals, taking a lot of her inspiration from nature and natural beauty, creating aesthetic fresh designs that are delicate yet striking.
Using digital printing, she is able to produce highly detailed and intricate silk-based prints, whilst managing to create a sense of hyper reality, adding depth and a lushness to her designs.
